Our Policies
Returns & Exchanges:
Returns on all products must be made within 7 days of purchase for
store credit or exchange only. No cash refunds. For sanitary
reasons, all products that have left the salon & that are opened are
not
returnable. Gift certificates are not returnable.
Payments:
For your convenience we accept cash , personal checks & all major
credit cards.
Returned Checks:
Any
Returned Cheques will result in a £25 charge plus the face amount of
the cheque to be paid before any other service can be rendered.
Prices:
All prices are subject to change without notification.
Late Arrivals:
If
you are more than 15 mins late without contacting us, your
appointment may be rescheduled. We firmly believe in the value of
your time & make a conscious effort to avoid long waiting periods in
the salon. If time is critical to your schedule on a particular day,
please make us aware of your schedule when scheduling your
appointment.
Missed Appointments:
We
ask for 24 hours notice of cancellation of your appointment, this
will allow us to make the appointment available to
others. A charge of 50% of the service cost will
be applied to appointments missed without notice, this charge must
be paid before any other service is rendered. This does not apply to
illness or any special circumstances.
Children:
We
enjoy your children. However, for their safety & out of
consideration for our clients we must request
that you do not bring children under the age of 14 with you to the
salon for
appointments that exceed 15 mins, unless they
have appointments of their own. We cannot accept the role as
guardian to children left within the
waiting area.
Mobile Phones:
Our goal is to provide a relaxing atmosphere so that you and our
other clients can enjoy our services, please put your mobile phones
on vibrate or turn them off whilst within the salon.
Health & Medical Conditions:
In
order to provide you with the best
possible service, we ask that you be as honest as
possible
regarding your personal health. All information
will be kept with the
utmost confidence.

to book an appointment, on receipt of your
on-line appointment request we will send a reply email to notify you
that we have been able to accept the appointment. In the unlikely
event that the appointment has become unavailable you will
receive an appointment rejected email, you can
either reschedule on-line or call us & we will reschedule for you.
In the event that you do not receive an email please call us to
verify your appointment.
Customer Privacy:
We
will never give or sell our customers personal
details to any company or person. If you have any
questions regarding our policies please contact
us to discuss this.
Loss or Damage:
We
regret we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal
articles, including clothing or accessories.
